Machine Moulding Pattern
High-precision ARPA moulding line patterns for all flask sizes
We manufacture high-precision machine moulding patterns compatible with ARPA moulding lines across all flask sizes — from compact 300mm to large 1300mm configurations. Each pattern is engineered for consistent dimensional accuracy and long service life in high-pressure moulding environments.

About This Service
Machine moulding patterns for ARPA moulding lines require precise understanding of flask geometry, sand flow characteristics and ejection forces specific to each ARPA model variant. The ARPA line operates on a horizontal squeeze moulding principle, and every pattern plate must be machined to tight flatness tolerances to ensure consistent sand density across the full mould face.
At Super Innovation, we manufacture machine moulding patterns across the complete ARPA flask size range — from the compact ARPA 300 used for small foundry components, through to the heavy ARPA 1300 used for large industrial castings. Each pattern is machined on our BT40 VMC fleet, inspected for flatness and dimensional accuracy, and dispatched with a full inspection report. We have deep familiarity with ARPA moulding line requirements, having served ARPA-equipped foundries across Northern India for over two decades.

Our Process
Drawing Review & Flask Size Selection
We review your component drawing, confirm the correct ARPA flask size for the casting envelope, and define the parting line, draft angles and ejection scheme to suit the specific ARPA model.
CAD Modelling & Runner Design
Full 3D CAD model with alloy-specific shrinkage applied. Runner, gate and riser system designed per ARPA moulding line flow dynamics. Ejector pin layout specified to ARPA plate standards.
CAM Programming & VMC Machining
CAM toolpaths generated and transferred via DNC to the VMC machine. Rough, semi-finish and finish machining sequence ensures pattern flatness and dimensional accuracy throughout.
Flatness & Dimensional Inspection
Pattern plate flatness verified on surface plate. All critical dimensions checked against CAD model. Ejector pin hole positions confirmed to ARPA plate specification before dispatch.
Trial Support
We support the first foundry trial on the ARPA line. Gating adjustments, shrinkage corrections or ejector modifications are turned around quickly to achieve casting approval.
Frequently Asked Questions
We manufacture machine moulding patterns for all five ARPA flask sizes: ARPA 300, 450, 700, 900 and 1300. Each variant has different plate dimensions, ejector pin layouts and flask clamping arrangements — we are familiar with all of them.
