HPML Pattern Making
High-precision match plates and patterns for all major moulding lines
We manufacture precision HPML patterns for all major high-pressure moulding lines — DISA, SINTO, KOYO, ARPA, DARPA and SARVAMANGALA. Our VMC-machined match plates deliver consistent casting quality with minimal rejection rates across high-volume production runs.

Core Box Manufacturing
Shell, cold, CO2 and no-bake core boxes for complex casting geometries
Core boxes are the backbone of complex internal casting geometries. We manufacture shell core boxes, cold core (isocure/no-bake) boxes, CO2 sand core boxes, and manual core boxes compatible with CFM, MAKWELL, VEE-PEE, SUSHA and SPAN MAKWELL machines.

From aluminium gravity die casting (GDC) moulds to rubber die moulds and cold box die moulds — we design and manufacture with precision. Our GDC moulds incorporate integrated cooling channels, optimised gating, and proper venting for consistent, defect-free castings.

We manufacture 4-way VMC fixtures, GO/NO-GO gauges, leakage testing machines, shell core shooter machines, gravity die casting machines and special purpose equipment for foundries.
